Cost effective solution. Postal delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days. Not insured

Australia Post Registered (recommended)
Postal delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days. A recipient must be available to receive registered parcels. Insurance cover of up to $100 for purchases. Extra insurance cover of up to $5000 per article can be purchased for $1.10 per $100 or part thereof, up to the $5000 maximum. If you wish to purchase extra insurance, please contact us at shop@beacharm.com.

Postal delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days. Not Insured For International orders, we use :

Australia Post International Air Mail
Postal delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination. Not Insured

Insured Air Mail (recommended)
Postal delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination. Signature required. Insurance cover of up to $100 for purchases. Extra insurance cover of up to $5000 per article can be purchased for $2.00 per $100 or part thereof, up to the $5000 maximum.

Please note that we will only be able to help track / reinburse parcels that are insured.

We highly recommend insurance for international orders. Insurance cost an additional $7.50 for the first $100.00 insured and $2.00 for every additional $100.00 up to $5000.00. When you purchase insurance, you'll receive :

• coverage against loss, theft or damage of your international mail
• proof of posting
• secure handling
• a signature on delivery

When to expect your order

Once you've placed your order on our BeadCharm Swarovski Wholesale Website, we will check with Swarovski on their stock availabilty. We will then email you the stock availability of the items you ordered and confirm that you wish to proceed with it. If Swarovski has the items in stock, it will take 2-3 business days for them to ship us the item else it will take 2-3 weeks.

Your order will be immediately ship once we receive the items from Swarovski.
